Start the Conversation We begin with a short call to see if we’re a good fit. You can also reach out directly with your project idea — and I’ll follow up within 1 business day.
Fill Out a Quick Form You’ll receive a short intake form tailored to your project (website, store, or something custom). This helps clarify your goals and ensures our next steps are focused and efficient.
Discovery Call We’ll dive deeper into your business, ideal customers, and what your website needs to do. We’ll also discuss: – Timeline and budget – Add-ons like content support or product setup – Website management — whether you’ll need ongoing care or plan to manage things in-house
Receive Your Proposal After the call, I’ll send you: – A clear proposal – A contract to review and sign – An invoice for the deposit Once everything is approved and paid, your project is booked and scheduled.
Access Your Client Portal You’ll receive a private Notion portal with: – A content checklist – A secure Dropbox upload folder – Project FAQs – Contact info and next steps This is your project’s home base — everything in one place.
Submit Content & Access Using the portal, you’ll send: Website copy, Images and branding assets, Product details (if e-commerce), Domain and hosting info. If anything’s unclear, I’ll guide you through it.
Design & Development Once content is in, I begin your site. You’ll get regular updates and previews so you’re always in the loop.
Revisions & Launch We’ll review the site together and make final tweaks. Once approved, we launch your site and celebrate 🎉 You’ll get full access and next steps.
Optional Ongoing Support If you choose a Care Plan, I’ll handle: Website updates, Backups & monitoring, Small edits and technical support If not, you’ll still receive handover documentation and support options post-launch.
